摘    要:<正> 我国猪血资源非常丰富,据统计,江苏省各肉联厂的猪血全部收集起来,每年可制成血粉约8000吨,全国大约是这个数字的10倍。但是这些猪血的大部分没有利用,既浪费了资源又污染了环境。猪血中含有大量的蛋白质,如何充分而合理地利用猪血中的蛋


A STUDY OF PREPARATION OF COMPLEX AMINO ACID FROM DRY PIGBIOOD AND ITS APPLICATION
Abstract:This paper presents a new method of preparation of complex amino acid from dry pigblood by hydrochloric acid bydrolysis. The average yield of product is 67.6% and the average content of amino acid is 80.32%. The product contains 18 kinds of amino acids which there are 7 kionds of essential amino acids. The toxcology safety evaluation shows that complex amino acid is safely edible. The experiment that rats are fed with the wheat flour to contain 3% complexamino acid shows the difference better between experiment group and contrast group, The protein efficacy of the contrast group compared with that of the experiment groug is p<0.05. It shows the difference good.
