| Abstract: | Selenium is a kind of essential nutrient element for human being and animals.Both of the organic selenium and the inorganic selenium are existant.Multiple determination methods,principles and research advances of total selenium and organic selenium were reviewed,which provided reference basis for the future research on developing the selenium product. |
