| 摘 要： | 对蜜蜂工蜂驱体的粗蛋白和氨基酸组成的测定，证实蜂体不但是一种高蛋白食物，而且是一种营养价值较高的优质蛋白食物，所含必需氨基酸构成比例与人体所必需的氨基酸组成非常接近，氨基酸分达９５．６。
