| 摘 要： | 慢性炎症与恶性肿瘤密切相关，Toll样受体4（TLR4）在肿瘤中的广泛表达提示其在慢性炎症致瘤机制中发挥重要作用。活化肿瘤细胞TLR4不仅促进肿瘤的生成和转移，而且参与肿瘤的免疫逃逸。另一方面，免疫佐剂又通过激活免疫细胞的TLR4信号产生抗肿瘤免疫。因此，TLR4在肿瘤中起着双刃剑的作用。

| Abstract: | Chronic inflammation was strong associated with malignant tumor. The expression of TLR4 on a wide variety of tumors suggests that TLR4 may play important roles in carcinogenesis and tumor progress during chronic inflammation. Activation of tumor cell TLR4 not only promotes carci- nogenesis and tumor cell metastasis, but also leads to immune evasion of tumor cell. On the other hand, immune adjuvants evoke anti-tumor responses by targeting TLR4 on immune cells. Therefore, TLR4 signaling is a double-edge sword in tumor. |
