| 摘 要： | 基因DAB2IP（disabled homolog 2-interacting protein,DAB2 interacting protein）,也被称为AIP1（ASK1-interacting protein 1）,其编码的蛋白是Ras GTPase活化蛋白家族Ras GTPase-activating protein（GAP）]的新成员之一.作为一个肿瘤抑制基因,DAB2IP常在前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌等肿瘤中表达下调,其机制与启动子甲基化及Ezh2相关.DAB2IP不仅参与肿瘤的增殖、存活和凋亡过程,还与肿瘤转移密切相关.

| Abstract: | Gene DAB2IP （Disabled homolog 2-interacting protein, DAB2 interacting protein） , also known as AIP1 （ ASKl-interacting protein 1 ） , whose encoded protein is a novel member of Ras GTPase activation protein family. As a tumor suppressor gene, DAB2IP is often downregulated in prostate, breast, lung, liver and other tumors, in relation to promoter methylation and Ezh2. DAB2IP is not only involved in tumor proliferation, survival and apoptosis, but also tumor metastasis. |
