| 摘 要： | 巴斯德毕赤酵母外源基因表达系统是近年来发展的一种优秀的真核表达系统 ,与传统的大肠杆菌和酿酒酵母表达体系相比 ,其具有的诸多优势使之研究价值及应用价值不断体现。综述了其在生物学特性、表达载体、基因整合、外源蛋白的分泌、诱导表达及发酵等方面的基础研究及新近研究进展。

| Abstract: | Pichia pastoris has been utilized wildely as an cexcellent heterologous gene expression system recently. More advantages of this system have led to its value and power in commercial and research labs alike. In this review,the basic researche and recent advances in vector types, gene integration, the secretion of the foreign protein, inductive expression and fermentation of the heterologous gene are described and discussed. |
