| Abstract: | According to the basis structure and components of lignocellulose in the corn straw and microorganisms and enzymes of the degraded lignocellulose, in order to mainly solve the key technology of the oriented fast decomposition during the process of returning the straw, we have established the role of microorganisms in returning the corn straw to field and observed the effect of microbial flora added artificially on soil microbial population and soil enzyme activity, the research results have been analyzed through the study of colonization and decomposition rate for the microbial decomposing inoculants on the straw in the degradation. |
