摘    要:采用响应面法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)对影响生防细菌B579生长的黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、牛肉膏3个主要因子的最佳水平及其交互作用进行了研究与探讨。结果表明黄豆饼粉、玉米粉、牛肉膏分别在30.2、31和23.5g/L的条件下,可使B579获得最大菌体量。验证试验证实了该方程的预测值与实际值之间吻合较好。优化后的培养基使菌体量从起始LB培养基的8×109cfu/mL提高到8×1011cfu/mL。

Abstract:Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to research and probe the best level and mutual effect of soybean meal, corn meal, and beef extract that affected the growth of bio-control bacterium B579. The result shows: the optimum values of the concentrations of soybean meal, corn meal, and beef extract for maximum thallus of B579 were 30.2, 30 and 23.5 g/L respectively. Testing and verifying experiment had proved that the predicted value of the function fit fairly with the practical value. The amount of thallus after the optimization had increased from the starting 8×10^9 cfu/mL on LB medium to 8×10^ 11 cfu/mL.
