| 摘 要： | 检测丙型肝炎患者血清标本中的TT病毒 (transfusiontransmittedvirus,TTV) ,了解延边地区丙型肝炎患者合并TTV感染状况。采用ELISA检测抗TTVIgG和巢式PCR检测丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染患者血清中TTVDNA。采用全自动生化分析仪检测患者血清谷氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)和谷氨酸草酰乙酸氨基转移酶 (AST)。 4 5例丙型肝炎患者抗TTVIgG阳性率为 37.8% (17/45 ) ,巢式PCR阳性率为 4 2 .2 % (19/45 )。延边地区HCV感染患者重叠感染TTV较常见。

| Abstract: | Transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) in hepatitis C patients in Yanbian area was detected to determine the coinfection frequency of TTV and HCV in the patients. ELISA and nested PCR were used to examine anti-TTV IgG and TTV DNA in the serum samples, respectively. The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the serum samples were measured by using AutoBiochemistry Analyzer. In the samples from 45 hepatitis C patients, the anti-TTV IgG positive rate was 37.8 % (17/45) while the TTV DNA positive rate was 42.2 % (19/45), indicating the frequent TTV infection in the hepatitis C patients in Yanbian area.; |
