赤羽病病毒检测方法研究进展

摘    要:赤羽病是目前对我国养牛业和养羊业危害较为严重的疫病,该病在我国广泛存在,一旦暴发将给畜牧业造成严重的经济损失.为防治和消灭该病,必须迅速、准确地作出诊断.经过几十年的努力,赤羽病诊断技术从最早的病毒分离鉴定到血清学试验,再到分子生物学技术,已逐渐向着更敏感、更特异、更方便、更经济的方向发展.本文就赤羽病病毒的实验室检测技术研究进展作一综述.

Abstract:Akabane disease is an epidemic disease that caused fairly serious peril on the cattle and sheep/goat keeping industry in China at present.The disease widely exists in China.It would cause serious economic losses to China’s animal husbandry if happened.In order to control and eradicate the disease,rapidly and accurately diagnose is a bounden matter.After decades of efforts,akabane virus diagnostic technology,from the earliest virus isolation and identification to the serological test,and then to the molecular biology technology,has been gradually toward the more sensitive,more specific,more convenient,and more economic direction development.Advanced in the study on akabane virus laboratory test and determination technology were reviewed in this paper.
