| 摘 要： | Fc 融合蛋白是指利用基因工程等技术将某种具有生物活性的功能蛋白分子与Fc 片段融合而产生的新型重组蛋白，其不仅保留了功能蛋白分子的生物学活性，还具有一些抗体的性质，如通过结合相关Fc 受体延长半衰期和引发抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒性效应等。对Fc融合蛋白及其在药学领域的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Fc fusion protein is a new kind of recombinant protein fused with a functional part and Fc fragment part. Fc fusion protein not only maintains the bioactivity of functional part but also acquires the properties of antibody, such as binding Fc receptors to get longer half-life and to induce antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) effect. The Fc fusion proteins and their research progress in pharmaceutical field have been reviewed in this paper. |
