聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)降解酶的研究进展

聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（Polyethylene terephthalate, PET）因其优越的物理化学性质，在各个领域尤其在包装产业得到了广泛的应用。然而，由于使用后的PET处置不当，对生态环境造成了严重威胁。目前生物降解尤其是酶促降解已成为极具可行性且环境友好的PET处理方式。本文集中梳理和总结了近年来已报道的PET降解酶及其降解性能，并对降解PET的角质酶做了重点的分类总结和归纳，最后对PET生物降解尤其是酶促降解的发展趋势进行展望并总结了PET降解过程中所面临的挑战和可行的解决策略，为PET相关废弃物的酶促降解提供参考。

Advanced in Degradation Enzyme of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) has been widely used in various fields because of its superior physical and chemical properties particularly in the packaging industry. However, due to improper disposal of PET after use, it poses a serious threat to the ecological environment. At present, biodegradation, especially enzymatic degradation, has become an extremely feasible and environment-friendly treatment method for PET. This review focuses on sorting out and summarizing the PET degrading enzymes as well as their degradation performance reported in recent years, and the cutinases which have PET degraded activities were mainly classified and summarized. Finally, the development trend of PET biodegradation was prospected in particular enzymatic degradation and the challenges and available solutions in the process of PET degradation were summarized. This review can provide scientific theoretical reference for the enzymatic degradation of PET related waste.
