| 摘 要： | 理想的生物标志物是实现阿尔茨海默病（AD）早期精确诊断和预测疾病发展的重要前提。新版AD 诊断标准从临床无症状期到
痴呆阶段的区分也有赖于生物标志物的应用。介绍目前临床应用的AD 生物标志物及其在药物研发中的应用，重点对AD 血液生物标志
物研究的现状和瓶颈进行综述。
