| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to elucidate affect to the result of Gram stain by bacterium age, denseness, gentian violet dyeing, mordant stain and decolonization etc. We determined coliform group by a series of experimental analysis and identified the optimal conditions of Gram stain in determining coliform group. The best way to Gram stain with optimal conditioans was obtained. |
