摘    要:概述了微生物成矿作用,并介绍了硫杆菌、硫酸盐还原菌、铁细菌、硝化细菌、反硝化细菌等各种细菌在与铀的生物成矿过程相关的地质元素循环中所起到的作用。并展望了今后矿床中微生物种群的研究方向。

Abstract:Microbial mineralization is outlined,the effects of Thiobacillus,sulfate-reducing bacteria,iron-reducing bacteria,nitrifying bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,and various bacteria that play the roles during the bio-mineralization of uranium and that correlated with the cycle of geological elements were also introduced in this article.Finally,the direction of microbial population study in the deposits in the future was prospected.
