摘    要:灯盏花根茎叶表面消毒法后,采用稀释平板法分离灯盏花根茎叶中的内生细菌,对分离菌株进行革兰染色和芽胞染色,结果表明:灯盏花根内生细菌的数量显著或极显著多于叶和茎,紫外辐射极显著减少灯盏花叶和茎中内生细菌的数量.76 %和54 %的灯盏花内生细菌为G~+细菌和含芽胞的细菌,紫外辐射增加灯盏花叶和茎中内生G~+细菌和含芽胞细菌的比例.

Abstract:After disinfection the roots, stems, and leaves of Erigeron breviscapus (Eb), their endogenous bacteria were isolated by dilution plate method, Gram's staining and spore staining were carried out; the results showed that the quantity of endogenous bacteria in roots of Eb was significantly or very significantly greater than those in leaves and stems. The quantity of endogenous bacteria in leaves and stems of Eb was very significantly decreased by UV-B radiation. 76% and 54% endogenous bacteria of Eb was G~+ and spore-containing respectively. The proportion of G~+ and spore-containing bacteria in Eb flower, leaves, and stems was increased by UV-B radiation.
