摘    要:对平菇、香菇、草菇、银耳、双孢蘑菇的遗传转化体系的构建及其应用的研究进展进行了综述,对存在的问题进行了分析,并对未来的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Research progress in the genetic transformation system construction and application of Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinus edodes,Volvariella volvacea,Tremella fuciformis and Agaricus bisprous were summarized.The existing problems and the future prospect were discussed.
