| 摘 要： | 羊草是天然草原中重要的物种,对草原环境的改善具有不可代替的重要性。羊草具有耐旱、耐盐碱、抗虫和高营养等生物学特性,这些特性与其体内的内生真菌有直接关系。文中从内生真菌起源、生物学特性、与共生植物的作用及羊草内生真菌研究方面综述了内生真菌的研究现状,并就羊草内生真菌及其生理活性进行综合分析与评述,对未来羊草内生真菌的研究进行展望。

| Abstract: | Leymus chinensis is an important species in the natural grassland,and is irreplaceable in the field of improving grassland environment.This article reviews the research status of endophytic fungal origin,biological characteristics and function to symbiotic plants,and the research of L.chinensis endophytic fungi.L.chinensis is of drought and salinization resistance,insect resistance,high nutrition,and so on.These biological characteristics are associated with endophytic fungi.This article reviews the progress and analyzes the relationship between L.chinensis and endophytic fungi,and the physiological role of endophytic fungi in L.chinensis,and outlooks the research of L.chinensis endophytic fungi. |
