| Abstract: | Three hundred and twenty-seven isolates of Fusarium species were obtained from 43 rot ears of maize collected in Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces.Based on morphological characteristics,these isolates were identified to seven species,namely Fusarium semitectum(37.77%),F.oxysporum(3.51%),F.verticillioides(3.57%),F.crookwellense(1.83%),F.solani(0.19%),F.equiseti(0.26%)and F.camptoceras(1.48%).In this experiment,F.semitectums is the predominant species in maize ear rot. |
