摘    要:介绍了一种简单、快速的利用毛细管分离竹黄单孢菌株的方法。用毛细管吸有孢子液一端的轻印在固体培养基表面的印迹固定显微视野,快速确定单孢,简易地分离了竹黄单孢菌株。该方法值得推广到其它种类真菌的单孢分离工作中。

Abstract:A new simple and quick method with capillary to isolate single-spore strains of Shiraia bambusicola was described. A visual field under microscope was fixed by using a section of capillary which contains spore suspension to stamp on to the surface of a piece of medium, and single-spore isolates were obtained easily after quick identification of single spore in the fixed visual field under microscope. It is significant to enlarge application of this method in other species of fungi.
