Flow cytometry of the phagocytosis of fluorescent microspheres in V79 cells |

| Abstract: | Phagocytosis of fluorescent microspheres (1.8 micron diameter) by Chinese hamster lung cells, V79 cells, was observed by flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy. The phagocytic V79 cells observed by these methods had phagocytosis values that varied by less than 5%. |
