| 摘 要： | 采用碱解法分离枸杞子糖蛋白中的糖链，得到一条分子量达４０ｋｄ的糖链。由等量的Ａｒａ和Ｇａｌ组成。甲基化、部分酸水解及ＮＭＲ技术确定了其主要结构特征。

| Abstract: | Glycans O-linked fo the glycoprotein LbGP were liberated by alkaline elimination.One of the glycans,with MW of 40kd,was composed of Ara and Gal in molar ratio of 1.0 to 1.0.Its structure was elucidated by methylation analysis,partial acid hydrolysis and NMR. |
