| 摘 要： | 以牛肝微粒体细胞色素b5(CYB5-BOVIN)为切入点,利用生物学信息学方法获得一系列细胞色素b5家族的成员蛋白,同时对蛋白序列进行多重对齐分析及进化分析,借此为细胞色素b5蛋白的分子设计与构建提供指导意义。

| Abstract: | A series of proteins of cytochrome b5 family were obtained using bioinformatics methods based on bovine liver microsomal cytochrome b5(CYB5-BOVIN), at the same time,the protein sequences were analyzed by alignment and evolution,which would provide instructional information for molecular design of cytochrome b5. |
