理论预测果蝇polⅡ启动子

摘    要:基于果蝇polⅡ启动予的序列特征,利用结合了离散增量和位置权重矩阵的贝叶斯判别函数对果蝇启动予进行了预测。对预测算法进行10交叉检验。通过比较不同大小训练集对结果的影响,说明了参数选取的合理性和算法的预测能力。同时比较了不同参数的选取对预测结果的影响,从而获得最佳启动子预测结果。预测结果显示成功率达到93%,相互关联系数达到83%。

Abstract:Based on the features of D. melanogaster polⅡ promoter sequence, the method of combing increment of diversity and position correlation scoring matrix with Bayes discriminant is used to predict D. melanogaster pol Ⅱ promoters. The predictive capacity of the method is tested by 10 - cross validation test. By comparing the predictive results of two kinds of training sets, we find that parameter selection is reasonable. By selecting suitable Bayes parameters, 93% sensitivity and 83% correlation coefficient are obtained for promoter sets and non- promoter sets.
