| 摘 要： | 随着后基因组时代的到来，系统发育谱方法作为一种非同源性的功能注释方法，已经被成功的应用到基因组功能预测、蛋白质相互作用预测等一些重要领域的研究中去。本文阐述了系统发育谱法的基本原理，详细地介绍了现有的几种系统发育谱的构建方法，并提出了利用ortholog来构建基因的系统发育谱的思想。

| Abstract: | With the advent of the post- genomic era, as one of the non- homology based functional annotation approach, phylogenetic profile method has been sueeessfttlly applied in the research of some important fields, such as genome functional prediction and protein - protein interaction prediction. This paper describes the principle of phylogenetic profile method, expatiates several phylogenetic profile construction approaches, and proposes a ortholog based method for the construction of phylogenetie profile. |
