| 摘 要： | 生物序列可看成是一种语言，通过计算语言学的方法理解生物序列的内涵是近年来研究的热点，本文综述了文法推断RNA二级结构的基本原理，研究历史和现状，阐述了文法推断RNA二级结构的理论模型和算法，列举了一些有代表性的预测方法，总结了存在的问题并展望了研究的趋势。

| Abstract: | Biological sequences can treated as a type of language, we can comprehend it through computational linguistics methods, which is a hot topic in these years, we provide a survey of the history and recent advances in Grammatical infer RNA secondary structures. First we presents grammatical model and algorithm for predicting RNA secondary structures, then introduces some representative methods in this field. At last, we sum up the existing problems and forecast the research tendency. |
