| Abstract: | As a modem molecular technology, PCR - DGGE is a powerful tool for the analysis of microbial communities, which can be used to study the diversity and dynamics of microbial communities. The principle and the application of PCR - DGGE in microbial ecology is briefly introduced, while the limitations of this technique are evaluated in this paper. |
