| Abstract: | The mechanisms of motor function recovery after cerebral infarction have not been clarified yet. This study showed that the recovery of motor function after stroke was related to the plasticity of the sensorimotor cortex. In this article, the research results of bilateral hemispheric activation after unilateral cerebral ischemia has been discussed in recent years. |
