头孢菌素联合鱼腥草注射液治疗老年慢性支气管炎的效果研究

目的：观察头孢菌素联合鱼腥草注射液治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：按照随机原则将76 例老年慢性 支气管炎患者分成两组，在常规治疗的基础上，其中对照组76 人采用头孢菌素治疗，治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予鱼 腥草注射液治疗，对两组临床费用、住院时间和临床疗效进行评价。结果：治疗组和对照组的住院时间分别为(26.0± 4.2)d 和 (32.4± 3.4)d，住院时间差异有显著性(P<0.05)；治疗组的医疗费用为(10477± 1273.2)元，对照组医疗费用为(12790± 892.3)元，两组 医疗费用差异有显著性(P<0.05)；治疗组临床有效率为83.4%，显著高于对照组的临床有效率(70.8%)(P<0.05)。结论：头孢菌素联 合鱼腥草注射液治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect of Cephalosporin Combined with Herba Houttuyniae on Senile Chronic Bronchitis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of cephalosporin combined with herba houttuyniae in the treatment of the senile chronic bronchitis.Methods:The 76 aging patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into the treating group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases). Both groups are performed with conventional treatment. Then patients in the treating group were given cephalosporin combined with herba houttuyniae and those in the control group received the treatment of cephalosporin. Compare the medical cost, hospital stays and clinical effect between two groups.Results:The hospital stays of the treating group was (26.0± 4.2) d, and of the control group was (32.4± 3.4) d, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The medical cost of the treating group and control group was (10477± 1273.2) Yuan and (12790± 892.3) Yuan respectively, and statistical difference existed between the two group (P<0. 05). Further, the clinical effect rate was significantly higher in the treating group (83.4%) than in the control group (70.8%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The cephalosporin combined with herba houttuyniae had conclusive clinical efficacy in treating senile chronic bronchitis, and deserves promoting.
