摘    要:目的:探讨动脉硬化性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA)水平的变化及临床意义。 方法:选择我院2010 年3 月-2014 年9 月收治的动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者93 例为研究组,另选择同期我院健康体检者84 例为 对照组,采用荧光偏振免疫分析方法、免疫比浊法和尿酸氧化酶法分别检测两组受试者血清中Hcy、hs-CRP、UA水平并进行比较 分析。结果:研究组患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、UA水平均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着神经功能缺损程度的增 加,患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、UA水平升高,且不同缺损程度患者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者血清Hcy、 hs-CRP、UA水平对于动脉硬化性脑梗死的诊断与治疗具有指导意义。

Significance of Detection of SerumHcy, hs-CRP and UA Level in Arteriosclerotic Cerebral Infarction Patients
Abstract:Objective:To explore the change of the levels of serum homocysteine (Hcy), hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs CRP) and uric acid (UA) in the atherosclerotic cerebral infarction patients and clinical significance.Methods:A total of 93 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, who were admitted to Armed police Beijing Corps hospital fromMarch 2010 to September 2014, were chosen as research group. Meanwhile, 84 healthy people from hospital physical examination were chosen as control group. The levels of Hcy, hs-CRP and UA in the sera of all the subjects were detected by fluorescence polarization immunoassay method, immune turbidimetry, and uric acid oxidase method and analysed.Results:The levels of Hcy, hs-CRP and UA in the patients'' sera of the research group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). With the increase of the extent of nerve injury, the levels of Hcy, hs-CRP and UA in the patients'' sera were elevated, and the differences between the patients with different defect degree had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Detecting the levels of Hcy, hs-CRP and UA in atherosclerosis cerebral infarction patients'' sera has guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
