| 摘 要： | 目的:研究aFGF和MaFGF对正常的肾小管上皮细胞及胃癌细胞增殖的影响。方法:用不同浓度的aFGF和MaFGF分别作用于肾小管上皮细胞及胃癌细胞,48h后采用WST-8法测定aFGF和MaFGF对两种细胞的促增殖活性。结果:在各浓度下,MaFGF组对肾小管上皮细胞和胃癌细胞的促增殖作用都显著低于aFGF组。结论:MaFGF对肾小管上皮细胞及胃癌细胞的促分裂活性较aFGF明显下降。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of acidic Fibroblast Growth Factor(aFGF)and Modified acidic Fibroblast Growth Fac- tor(MaFGF)on the normal renal tubular epithelial cells and gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells.Methods:aFGF and MaFGF with different concentration were added into the culture medium of renal tubular epithelial cells and SGC-7901 cells,as experimental groups.After forty-eight hours,the mitogenic effects were measured by WST-8 method.Reasults:At different concentrations,the mitogenic effects of MaFGF on the two kinds of cells were significantly lower than that of aFGF.Conclusion:The mitogenic activities of MaFGF on renal tubular epithelial cells and gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells were lower than that of aFGF. |
