不同剂量埃索美拉唑三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌中的疗效观察

目的:研究不同剂量埃索美拉唑的三联疗法根治幽门螺杆菌的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年12月到2014年12月我院收治的幽门螺杆菌阳性胃炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为高剂量组(n=50)和低剂量组(n=50),低剂量组给予阿莫西林(1 g/次)+克拉霉素(0.5 g/次)+埃索美拉唑(20 mg/次)治疗,而高剂量组埃索美拉唑改为40 mg/次,疗程均1个月。比较两组幽门螺杆菌清除率,及治疗前后发生反酸、上腹痛和腹胀的临床症状评分以及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果:高剂量组患者的幽门螺杆菌清除率为92.0%,显著高于低剂量组的70.0%(P0.05);治疗后两组临床症状评分均显著低于治疗前(P0.05),且高剂量组显著低于低剂量组(P0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:高剂量较低剂量埃索美拉唑三联疗法能更有效根除幽门螺杆菌,改善患者的临床症状,且不会增加不良反应,值得在临床上借鉴。

Different Doses of Esomeprazole Triple Therapy for Helicaobacter Pylori Eradication

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of esomeprazole triple therapy for Helicobacter pylorieradication.Methods:A total of 100 patients with Helicaobacter Pylori positive gastritis, who were admitted to Hainan Nongken General Hospital, Haikou from December 2012 to December 2014, were selected and randomly divided into high dose group (n=50) and low dose group (n=50). The low dose group was treated with Amoxicillin(1 g/time)+clarithromycin(0.5 g/time)+ esomeprazole(20 mg/time), while the does of esomeprazole was change to 40 mg/time in high dose group, the treatment course was 1 month. Then the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori , the clinical symptom scores of acid reflux, upper abdominal pain and abdominal distension before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reaction after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:Conclusion:High dose is more effective than the low dose of esomeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori eradication. It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and doesn''t increase the occurrence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
