精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗慢性精囊炎反复血精的疗效分析

目的:探讨精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗慢性精囊炎反复血精的临床有效性及安全性。方法:2012年1月至2014年8月于我院住院治疗患者中选取慢性精囊炎反复血精患者62例,应用随机数字表法,其中实验组31例,采取精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗,对照组31例,采取单纯精囊镜手术治疗。对比两组患者有效率、复发率、症状改善及精浆果糖改善情况。结果:62例慢性精囊炎反复血精患者均顺利完成手术。实验组有效率96.77%、复发率10%,对照组有效率64.52%、复发率50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后精浆果糖均显著升高,实验组升高程度更为明显(P0.05);实验组患者症状如会阴及下腹部不适、尿道烧灼感、性欲减退、早泄及头晕四肢乏力改善(90.32%)明显好于对照组(64.52%),差异有统计学意义。结论:精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗慢性精囊炎反复血精安全、有效,值得临床上推广应用。

Transurethral Seminal Vesiculoscopy combined with Finasteride for Chronic Seminal Vesiculitis with Recurrent Hematospermia

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy (TUSV) combined with finasteride in the treatment of chronic seminal vesiculitis with recurrent hemospermia.Methods:From January 2012 to August 2014,62 patients with chronic seminal vesiculitis recurrent hemospermia were selected from our department of urology surgery, and then were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group of 31 cases, which received the operative treatment of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy, and experimental group of 31 cases, which received the treatment of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy combined with finasteride. The efficient, recurrence rate, symptoms improved and seminal plasma fructose were compared between two groups after treatment.Results:TUSV was successfully accomplished in all patients. The efficient was 96.77% in experimental group, significantly higher than that of the control group (64.52%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate was 10%in experimental group, significantly lower than that of the control group (50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the level of fructose was significantly increased in both two groups, and it was more obviously in the experimental group (P<0.05); The symptoms improved in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy combined with finasteride is effective and safe for the treatment of chronic seminal vesiculitis with recurrent hemospermia.
