内镜下治疗跟骨骨刺合并跖腱膜炎所致跟骨痛的临床应用

目的:介绍和分析内镜下治疗跟骨骨刺合并跖腱膜炎所致跟骨痛应用。方法:对2011.10-2014.10来我院就诊的共计67例跟骨骨刺合并跖腱膜炎所致跟骨痛的资料进行分析包括患者术前与术后3月、6月及12月VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)疼痛评分,X线或MRI等影像学资料及和AOFAS(the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society)足踝标准及并发症等指标。结果:患者均接受了至少12个月随访,患者在术后(3,6,12月)的VAS评分及AOFAS评分较术前均有显著改善和提高(P0.05)。影像资料显示:骨刺未见明显复发。1例患者出现皮肤浅层感染,处理后好转,余无明显并发症出现。结论:内镜下治疗跟骨骨刺合并跖腱膜炎对于跟骨痛有较好的疗效。

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopy Curing Calcaneal Spurs and Plantar Fasciitis in the Treatment of Heel Pain

Objective:To introduce and evaluate the clinical outcomes of endoscopy curing heel pain caused by calcaneal spurs and plantar fasciitis.Methods:67 patients who were admitted in our hospital from 2011.10 to 2014.10 and diagnosed as heel pain caused by calcaneal spurs and plantar fasciitis were cured by endoscopy Clinical outcomes were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), X rayor MRI and the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle-hindfoot scores.Results:All patients were followed up at least 12 months after the operation. The results of postoperative (3,6,12 months after the operation) VAS and AOFAS score were obviously improved compared with preoperative evaluation (P<0.05). Calcaneal spurs were completely removed and did not reoccur in any of the patients during follow-up on X-ray or MRI assessment. 1 patient had shallow skin infection which was better after curing and no other complication was shown.Conclusion:Using endoscopy curing calcaneal spurs and plantar fasciitis for heel pain could effectivly cure heel pain.
