螺内酯联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效 及对左室心功能的影响

目的:探究螺内酯联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效,并分析其对左室心功能的影响。方法:选择2012年2月至2015年5月期间我院收治的老年CHF患者87例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组45例,对照组42例。对照组采用常规药物治疗方式,研究组在对照组基础上采用螺内酯联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗,疗程共12周。对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的左心室功能变化。结果:研究组患者总有效率为91.11%,对照组为69.05%,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后研究组LVEF高于治疗前,LVEDV、LVESV低于治疗前,且改善程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:螺内酯联合美托洛尔缓释片能够显著改善老年CHF患者的左室重构和心脏功能,疗效显著,可在临床上推广使用。

Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure: Effect of Spironolactone plus Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of spironolactone combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets in treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF), and analyze its influence on left ventricular function of patients.Methods:A total of 87 elderly patients with CHF, who were admitted to Wuhan Sixth Hospital from February 2012 to May 2015, were randomly divided into research group (n=45) and control group (n=42). The control group was given conventional therapy, based on which, the research group was added spironolactone combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets. The treatment lasted 12 weeks. The clinical effect and the changes of left ventricular function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the research group was 91.11%; while the total effective rate in the control group was 69.05%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, LVEF in the research group was higher than before treatment; LVEDV and LVESV were lower than before treatment, and the improvement degree of the above three indexes in the research group were all better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Spironolactone combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets can significantly improve the left ventricular remodeling and left ventricular function in the treatment of elderly patients with CHF, with exact effect, which can be popularized in clinical practice.
