摘 要: | 消化系统肿瘤严重危害人类健康,是导致死亡的主要原因,其一直是科学研究的一个重点,也是难点。Micro RNA(mi RNA)是一类广泛存在于生物体内的内源性、非编码、单链小分子RNA,参与调控生物体的几乎所有生命活动,包括多种生理和病理活动。目前研究认为,mi RNAs参与肿瘤的发生和进展。mi R-124是mi RNAs家族的一员,是一个相当保守的mi RNA,在多种肿瘤包括消化系统肿瘤的细胞或组织中均表达下调,扮演着类似抑癌基因的角色,在该类肿瘤的发生、发展以及预后中发挥重要作用。本文就mi R-124在消化系统肿瘤研究中的进展作一综述。

Advancements of miR-124 on Digestive System Cancers |

Abstract: | Cancers of the digestive system constitute a serious public health problem and are the leading cause of death worldwide.
It has always been one of the difficulty and emphases of research. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of small, endogenous,
non-coding, single-stranded RNA molecules estimated to negatively modulate gene expression in organisms, which have important roles
in regulating diverse physiological and pathological processes. MiR-124, highly conserved, is down-expressed in many kinds of human
cancers especially digestive system cancers. By recent research, miR-124, as the tumor suppressor gene, is closely related to the occurrence,
development and prognosis of these cancers. This article reviews the present research progresses of miR-124 in digestive system
cancers. |
