| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效．方法：将102例患者随机分为2组，治疗组52例，中药＋抗生素治疗；对照组50例；用抗生素治疗。两组均治疗10天为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率86．54％；对照组总有效率50．00％（两组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine(ITWM) in the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation(CPI).Methods: 102 patients with CPI were randomized into the treatment group(n=52) and the Control Group(n=50).The Control Group was treated with antibiotics for 10 days;the treatment group was treated with antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine for 10 days.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.54%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,in which,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0 05).Conclusion: It is quite effective to treat CPI with ITWM. |
