368例乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的研究

目的:探讨护理干预在乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏中的临床效果,揭示护理干预在乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏中的重要意义。方法:课题以乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组。分别采用常规护理和在常规护理基础上加入护理干预的方式,用简易疲乏评估表评价患者的疲劳程度比较两组患者的疲乏程度情况;用生活质量问卷中5个功能量表和1个整体生活质量量表观察患者的生活质量情况。结果:对患者进行护理干预后,与对照组相比干预组患者的疲乏程度显著缓解,有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比干预组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能及总的生活质量都有显著提高,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:护理干预能缓解乳腺癌患者的疲乏程度和改善其生活质量,提高护理效果,有利于提高临床治疗效果,使病人早日康复。

Study of Cancer-Related Fatigue in 368 Cases of Breast Cancer

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on breast cancer to cancer-related fatigue, and reveal the important meaning of nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer cancer-related fatigue. Methods： The patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Different nursing modes were adopt, and fatigue degree of patients was compared with weary degree by a simple fatigue evaluation sheet evaluation. The patients＇ quality of life situation was detected by quality of life questionnaire in five function scale and overall quality of life scale compared with control group. Results： After taking nursing intervention to patients, compared with that in the control group, the patient fatigue degree relieves（P〈0.05） and the living standard improves （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Nursing intervention is good to relieve cancer fatigue, improve living standard to some extent, and enhance the nursing effect, meanwhile, it also improves the clinical treatment effect, make the patients recover.
