| 摘 要： | 随着年龄增大,人脑的功能势必会逐渐退化,以阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)为代表的人脑退行性疾病的发病率逐年升高,给患者、家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担,也引起了广大医务工作者的密切关注。本文介绍了目前在认知功能障碍发病机制研究领域方面的若干最新进展。

| Abstract: | The brain's function be bound to be degenerating gradually companies with increasing age,the incidence rate of human brain's regressive diseases,such as Alzheimer disease step-up year by year may results in serious burden to patients,fami- lies and society.Meanwhil,Many medical workers pay close attention to the situation.In this paper,some progreses of pathogenesis on cognitive dysfunction are discussed. |
