结直肠癌组织LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9的表达及与临床病理特征和预后的关系分析

摘    要:摘要 目的:探讨结直肠癌组织富含亮氨酸重复序列/Ⅲ型纤维连接蛋白4(LRFN4)、高迁移率族蛋白B2(HMGB2)、黑色素瘤相关抗原-A9(MAGE-A9)表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:对2013年5月至2015年5月期间在我院接受治疗的102例结直肠癌患者进行研究。检测结直肠癌组织以及癌旁组织中LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达情况。分析LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达与临床病理特征的关系;分析LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达对患者总生存率的影响。分析影响结直肠癌患者预后的因素。结果:与癌旁组织相比,结直肠癌组织中LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达阳性率上调(P<0.05)。LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达与TNM分期和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9阳性表达患者的生存率分别低于LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。Cox比例风险回归分析结果显示,TNM分期、LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达是结直肠癌患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌组织中LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达阳性率上调,并与结直肠癌的进展和患者的预后有关,检测LRFN4、HMGB2、MAGE-A9表达情况有助于患者的预后评估。

The Expression of LRFN4, HMGB2 and MAGE-A9 in Colorectal Cancer Tissues and Their Relationship with Clinicopathological Characteristics and Prognosis
Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the expression of leucine rich repeat and fibronectin type III domain containing 4 (LRFN4), high mobility group protein B2(HMGB2), melanoma associated antigen-A9(MAGE-A9) in colorectal cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Methods: 102 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were studied. The expressions of LRFN4, HMGB2 and MAGE-A9 in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected. The relationship with expression of LRFN4, HMGB2, MAGE-A9 and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. The impact of the LRFN4, HMGB2 and MAGE-A9 expressions on the overall survival rate of patients. Cox proportional hazards regression analysis of prognostic factors in patients with colorectal cancer. Results: Compared with adjacent tissues, the positive expressions rates of LRFN4, HMGB2 and MAGE-A9 were up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues(P<0.05). The expression of LRFN4, HMGB2, MAGE-A9 was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The survival rates of patients with positive expressions LRFN4, HMGB2 and MAGE-A9 were lower than those of patients with negative expressions LRFN4, HMGB2 and MAGE-A9 respectively(P<0.05). Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that TNM stage, LRFN4, HMGB2, MAGE-A9 expressions were the factors influencing the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression rates of LRFN4, HMGB2 and MAGE-A9 in colorectal cancer tissues are up-regulating, which are associated with the progression of colorectal cancer and the prognosis of patients, detection of LRFN4, HMGB2, MAGE-A9 expression is helpful to evaluate the prognosis of patients.
