摘    要:目的:探讨肾癌组织Nrf2 和HO_1 表达水平变化及其临床意义。方法:选择经手术切除肾癌组织标本42 例及正常肾组织42 例作为研究对象,42 例患者均未接受化疗或者放疗,采取免疫组织化SABC法测定Nrf2 和HO_1 表达水平,并进行统计学分析。 结果:Nrf2 及HO_1 于肾癌组织及正常肾组织均有不同程度表达,且主要表达于肿瘤细胞胞浆,肾癌组中Nrf2 阳性35 例 (83.3%),显著高于正常肾组织14例(33.3%),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。肾癌组HO_1 表达阳性31 例(73.8),显著高于正常 肾组织组15 例(35.7),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。肾癌组织Nrf2和HO_1 表达水平成正相关,r=0.536。结论:肾癌组织Nrf2 和 HO_1表达水平较正常组织更高,且两者之间呈正相关,表明Nrf2 和HO_1 在肾癌进展中起着重要作用。

Expressions and Clinical Significance of HO_1 and Nrf2 in Renal Cell Carcinoma
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression levels of HO_1 and Nrf2 in renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods:42 cases of renal cancer tissue samples and 42 cases of normal renal tissues were selected as the research object, 42 cases were not treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy,to determine the expression level of HO_1 and Nrf2 by immunohistochemical SABC method, then take statistical analysis.Results:Nrf2 and HO_1 in renal cell carcinoma and normal renal tissue were expressed in different degrees and were mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of tumor cells, Nrf2 positive was 35 cases (83.3%) in renal cell carcinoma and was higher than 14 cases (33.3%) in normal kidney tissues, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. HO_1 expression in renal cell carcinoma was 31 (73.8) and was significantly higher than that in normal renal tissues of 15 cases (35.7), the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. The expression levels of Nrf2 in renal cell carcinoma tissues were positively correlated with HO_1, r=0.536.Conclusion:The expression of HO_1 and Nrf2 in renal cell carcinoma is higher and the positive correlation between them, which indicates that Nrf2 and HO_1 play an important role in the progression of renal cell carcinoma.
