精浆Zn 水平与精子密度之间的关系研究

目的:探讨精浆Zn水平与精子密度的关系。方法:567份精液包括精子密度正常组(>20×106/ml)285份,无精症患者组(精子密度为0)55份;少精症患者组(0<精子密度<20×106/ml)227份。其中,少精症患者组又可进一步分为严重少精症患者组73例(0<精子密度<5×106/ml);精子密度在(5～10)×106/ml患者组39例;精子密度在(10～20)×106/ml患者组115例。每份精液分别进行常规分析和精浆Zn水平的测定。结果:严重少精症患者中,精浆锌值低于精子密度正常个体,两者表现出统计学差异;精子密度在(5～10)×106/ml和(10～20)×106/ml的患者,其精浆Zn水平尽管也低于密度正常个体,但是没有表现出统计学差异;无精症患者组精浆Zn水平却明显高于精子密度正常组,两者之间的差别具有显著性意义。结论:Zn与精子密度之间的关系复杂,临床补锌要慎重。

Study on the Relationship between the Level of Seminal Plasma Zn and Sperm Count

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the level of seminal plasma Zn and sperm count and its role in spermatogenesis.Methods: According to sperm count,the samples were divided into different groups including normaspermia,azoospermia and oligozoospermia,and the oligozoospermia group was further divided into three subgroups..Semen analysis was strictly performed according to the World Health Organization(WHO) guidelines.Results: The level of seminal plasma Zn was significantly less in severe oligozoospermia patients than that in normaspermia.However,the level of seminal plasma Zn in azoospermia was significantly higher than that in normaspermia(P=0.004),showing a negative correlation between Zn concentration and sperm count.Conclusion: The sperm plasma Zn level was positively correlated with sperm concentration for oligozoospermia patients;The higher sperm plasma Zn concentration may be one of the causes of the disease for azoospermia patients.
