胸腔闭式引流联合尿激酶注入对包裹性胸腔积液的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨胸腔闭式引流联合尿激酶注入对包裹性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:对我院2007年2月-2011年4月收治的包裹性胸腔积液患者87例,随机分为实验组以及对照组,实验组采用胸腔闭式引流联合尿激酶注入进行治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。结果:实验组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后其积液中蛋白量以及白细胞含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗时间、胸膜壁厚度等比较明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对包裹性胸腔积液患者采用胸腔闭式引流联合尿激酶注入进行治疗,可有效改善患者预后,提高患者临床治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of thoracic drainage combined with urokinase infusion on encapsulated pleural effusion.Methods: 87 cases of patients who were admitted in our hospital and diagnosed as encapsulated pleural effusion from February 2007 to April 2011 were randomly divided into experimental and control group.Experimental group were treated with thoracic closed drainage combined with urokinase infusion treatment and control group were treated with conventional therapy.Results: The clinical efficacy was significantly better in experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the protein and white blood cell content in effusion of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time were shorter and the pleural wall were thinner in experimental group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of closed thoracic drainage combined with urokinase infusion could improve the prognosis of patients with encapsulated pleural effusion and improve clinical effect on patients.
