两种腹腔镜肾上腺切除术式治疗原发性醛固酮增多症效果评价

目的：比较腹腔镜肾上腺全切术与部分切除术治疗原发性醛固酮增多症的效果。方法：对152例原发性醛固酮增多症分别采用肾上腺全切术（A组82例）和肾上腺部分切除术（B组70例）进行治疗，测量并比较两组患者手术时间、手术失血量、住院时间以及术后一月内血压恢复者比例。结果：两组患者性别、年龄、高血压和低血钾在组间情况无统计差异，具备可比性（P〉0．05）。A组患者手术时间、术后一月内血压恢复比例高于B组（P〈0．05），而失血量和住院时间无组间差异（P〉0．05）。结论：在腹腔镜肾上腺切除手术中，肾上腺全切取得了较好的效果，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Evaluating the Effect of Two Kinds of Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy for Treatment of Primary Aldosteronism

Objective： To compare the effect of two kinds of laparoscopic adrenalectomy for patients with primary aldosteronism： adrenal resection versus partial adrenalectomy. Methods： All of 152 patients with primary aldosteronism were treated with adrenal resection; （Group A=82） or partial adrenalectomy （Group B=70）. The time of surgery, loss of blood during surgery, time of hospitalization, and percent of recovering blood pressure one month after surgery was compared between this two groups. Results： There were no significant differences of sex, age, percent of hypertension and hypokalemia between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The time of surgery and percent of recovering blood pressure one month after surgery in the Group A were higher than those in the Group B, but the loss of blood during surgery and time of hospitalization did not show significant differences. Conclusions： In the process of laparoscopic adrenalectomy, the adrenal resection performed very well, indicating a desirable value for clinical application.
