我院自制5号粉对宫颈糜烂并HPV感染的临床疗效

目的：分析我院自制5号粉对宫颈糜烂并HPV（人乳头瘤病毒）感染是否具有临床疗效。方法：选择我院妇科就诊并自愿接受fI盏床实验的90例宫颈糜烂并HPV患者（呈阳性），按照随机数表法，进行随机分组，分别是中药组与西药组，平均每组患者45例。对两组患者分别使用中药组方与西药两种不同药物进行治疗。治疗后，参照相关疗效评价标准，对两组患者治疗的总有效率及总计转阴率进行比较分析。结果：治疗后，发现中药组患者治疗的总有效率为84．33％，西药组治疗的总有效率为59％，中药组治疗的临床疗效明显优于西药组，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。中药组患者的3个月，6个月，12个月的转阴率分别为45．7％，62．3％，75．7％，西药组治疗的转阴率为21．0％，37．7％，47．7％，中药组治疗的临床疗效明显优于西药组，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：通过临床观察分析得我院自制5号粉对宫颈糜烂并HPV（人乳头瘤病毒）感染具有临床治疗效果，可以提高HPV（人乳头瘤病毒）的转阴率，并且极大缩短转阴时间。

Our Homemade 5 Powder on Cervical Erosion and the Clinical Efficacy of HPV Infection

Objective： To analyze clinical curative effect ofour homemade 5 powder on cervical erosion and HPV （human papiUoma virus） infection. Methods： 90 cases of cervical erosion and HPV （positive） in clinical gynecology accepted voluntarily clinical trials. In accordance with the table of random numbers, these cases were randomly grouped into Chinese traditional medicine group and western medicine group, with 45 patients in each group. The patients in two groups were treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, respectively. Results： After treatment, total effective rate in traditional Chinese medicine group was 84.33%, that in the western medicine group was 59%, the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The negative rates in patients treated by Chinese medicine after 3 months, 6 months, 12 months were 45.7%, 62.3%, 75.7%, those in the WM group were 21.0%, 37.7%, 47.7%, respectively. And the clin- ical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Through the clinical observation and analysis to clinical treatment effect of our homemade 5 powder on cervical erosion and HPV, the 5 powder can improve the HPV （human papilloma virus）, shade rate, and greatly shorten the time of shade.
