雾化吸入沐舒坦联合纳洛酮治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效观察

目的：观察雾化吸入沐舒坦联合纳洛酮对新生儿肺炎的治疗效果。方法：对2012年2月至2012年11月期间在我院儿科住院治疗的108倒患者随机分成两组，对照组接受常规的抗感染治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上使用沐舒坦联合纳洛酮治疗。结果：治疗组退热，呼吸频率正常，湿哆音消失时间以及住院天数的时间较对照组明显缩短，医疗费用以及复发情况较对照组明显降低（P〈0．01）；治疗组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：沐舒坦联合纳洛酮治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Atomizing Inhalation of Ambroxol Combined with Naloxone on Neonatal Pneumonia

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of atomizing inhalation of Ambroxol combined with naloxone on neonatal pneumonia. Methods： 108 cases that accepted pediatric treatment from Feb 2012 to Nov 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional anti-infection and the treatment group was treated with atomizing inhalation of Ambroxol combined with naloxone besides conventional treatment. Results： It took shorter time for treatment group than control group to bring down the fever, get sound respiratory rate without lung rale, and stay in hospital（P〈0.01）. It also cost less for treatment group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were less recurrence in treatment group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The atomizing inhalation of Ambroxol combined with naloxone on neonatal pneumonia got remarkable clinical effect, so it deserved promotion in clinics.
