| 摘 要： | 蛋白-蛋白界面与其余蛋白表面有明显的差别。本文对近年来国内外有关蛋白-蛋白界面几何学、物理学、化学、进化保守性等方面特征的研究概况及应用这些特征对单体中预测界面方法的研究进展于以综述。
