根管治疗失败的原因及预防

根管治疗技术是治疗牙髓病和根尖周病最有效的方法之一,临床应用较广,但术后可能出现并发症。本文综述了国内外的相关报道表明:适应症掌握不严格,诊断不准确;操作不当如牙体制备技术根管预备技巧不足导致的侧壁穿孔、遗漏根管;扩根时器械折断;术中消毒不严,药量控制不当;根管充填指征掌握不准确,充填不完善等原因皆可引起根管治疗的失败。预防措施:严格掌握手术适应症,严密规范的根管预备和充填技术,先进的器械,优良的根充材料所完成的根管三维充填以及适时完好的冠修复,可大大提高根管充填的成功率。
