腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与开腹手术患者术后生活质量对比分析

目的:研究腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与开腹术患者术后生活质量的异同.方法:回顾性分析青医附院普外科2006年-2008年100例经腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的男性患者和开腹直肠癌根治术的100例男性患者,比较腹腔镜组和开腹组术后生活质量的并同.探讨腹腔镜直肠癌手术保留盆腔自主神经的可行性以及对术后性功能和排便功能的影响.并分析腹腔镜直肠癌手术对病人术后生活质量的影响.结果:腹腔镜组患者术后泌尿功能和性功能在术后一个月及术后一年均优于开腹组的病人(P＜0.05).术后排便功能无明显差异.结论:腹腔镜直肠癌手术能取得和开腹手术同样的临床疗效,并且可以明显提高患者术后的生活质量.

Laparoscopic Operation and Traditional Operation on Rectal Cancer: Comparison of Quality of Life after Operation

Objective:To investigate the quality of life after laparoscopic surgery and open rectal surgery.Methods:100 cases of male rectal cancer patients under laparoscopic surgery and 100 cases under traditional open surgery were retrospective analysised in Department of General Surgery in the affiliated hospital of medical colledge,Qingdao university from 2006 to 2008.The quality of life,sexual function of rectal carcinoma resection,pelvic autonomic nerve preservation (PANP) and the influence on sexual function and anal function were compared by laparoscopy.And evaluate the influence on quality of life after Laparoscopic rectal operation.Results:The sexual function and urinary system function after one month and one year were better for laparoscopic group than that for open group (p＜0.05).There were no significant differences between two groups on anal function.Conclusions:The Laparoscopic rectal operation had the same result of Traditional Operation,and evidently increased the quality of life.
