| 摘 要： | 正常血压具有典型的昼夜节律特征。血压昼夜节律异常与高血压靶器官损害和心血管事件发生呈明显相关关系,是独立于血压水平的重要致病因素。血压昼夜节律的产生和维持与时钟基因的周期性表达有关。时钟基因bmal1、per2是体内生物钟系统运行的关键基因,其表达水平和节律变化直接调节血压的昼夜节律。
